GDPR – Data Protection Officer. Responsibilities and duties

 

Data Protection Officer according to Regulation of European Parliament (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and rules relating to the free movement of personal data.

Detailed description of the duties and responsibilities of the Data Protection Officer pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the draft law on the protection of personal data in the field of personal data protection, organizational techniques and solutions allow training participants to acquire knowledge about the requirements contained in the GDPR and the Polish act implementing the GDPR.
